She wears a nurse-style uniform, has thermal imaging sensors to take vitals, and uses conversational AI to engage with elderly patients in residential and clinical settings. Grace is designed to reduce loneliness and assist healthcare workers in routine interactions, and is deployed in pilots in Hong Kong, Japan, and elsewhere.
